Cheerleading Bootcamp 6:00-7:00 PM
Kicking off the new season with some great conditioning workouts!

- Incorporating different types of workouts. 

- Targeting some key areas such as core, legs, glutes, cardio, etc.

- Understanding mobility and flexibility.

- Workouts to do at home to maximize progression.
