All camps will be charged upon registration.
There can be a 75% reimbursement if cancellation is made after registration with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to the camp/class start date.
There can be a 50% reimbursement if cancellation is made between two weeks and one week prior to the camp/class start date.
There will be no refunds issued if cancellation is done within five days of the camp/class start date.
Extenuating circumstances will be considered if appropriate.
