11:45 AM - 12:30 PM

Prerequisites: athletes must have the following skills completed

- Perfect bridge

- Lever

- Handstand

- Forward Roll

- Cartwheel
 

Class Focus:
- Handstand to bridge

- Handstand forward roll

- Backward roll

- Roundoff
- Power hurdle

- Back bend

- Connecting basic skills in a tumble pass

- Bridge kickover

12:00-12:45 PM - Tumbling Level 2A

12:45-1:30 PM - Tumbling Level 2B

1:30-2:15 PM - Tumbling Level 3

2:15-3:00 PM - Tumbling Level Advanced 3/4

3:15-4:00 PM - Strength and Flex (Flight School)

The focus of this class is to build strength, train balance and increase flexibility. The training will also include teaching participants exercise routines they can be doing at home to further train these areas.
